You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DigiWallet and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services.

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria.

9. Dispute Resolution:

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Arbitration and Mediation Centre of Lagos. The arbitration will be conducted in the English language in Lagos, Nigeria.

10. Entire Agreement:

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and DigiWallet with respect to the subject matter hereof.

11. Severability:

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision will be struck and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

12. Changes to These Terms:

DigiWallet reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The revised Terms will be effective upon posting on the Services. We recommend that you review these Terms regularly.
